OUR FAVORITE DRINKS
Mai Tai
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 1/5 oz. of white rum, 3/4 oz. of orange curacao, 3/4 oz. of freshly squeezed lime juice, 1/2 oz. of orgeat, and ice. Shake until chilled.
Pour into a double rocks glass.
Add 1/2 oz. of dark rum on the top of cocktail.
Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
Extra Dirty Martini
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2.5 oz. of vodka or gin, .5 oz. of dry vermouth, 2 oz. of olive juice, .5 oz. of pepperoncini pepper juice, and ice. Shake until chilled.
Pour into a martini glass.
Garnish with olives.
